Party With a Purpose is an outreach ministry through our ERBC Women's Ministries. In conjunction with Miracle Hill's Shepherd's Gate and Renewal Program ladies along with ladies from ERBC, January 26 will be a night of loving these ladies in the name of Jesus.

In addition to sweet treats and coffees, they will be given gift bags to shop for donated items, make a salvation bracelet, receive a Bible, hand massage, manicure, and photo shoots along with being offered many different ways the message of salvation can be a fresh start. In Christ they can know our salvation will give them strength to conquer their challenges, trust in a Heavenly Father who loves them well, and through Him they will have the confidence to move forward in a life with Christ.

We are still in need of scarves and pocketbooks, so donations will be extended at the drop off location in the main hallway until 1/21.

Hostesses are a big need. If you love Jesus and love people, please sign up NOW at the table in the main hallway. It's a fun, easy job.

Party With a Purpose isn't about you or me. It's not about ERBC or Miracle Hill. PWP is solely an opportunity with the purpose to share HOPE for a new life in Christ! If you can help but need more information, please call Peggy Murray at 864-569-3662.

KAIROS Prison Ministry is an ecumenical Christian ministry designed for use in state and federal men's and women's correctional institutions in the United States and throughout the world.

The purpose of KAIROS is to establish a strong Christian community among the residents of correctional institutions. This is done by the presentation of a 3-day short course in Christianity. It is presented by an interdenominational team of about 55 persons for a group of 42 residents. The chaplain carefully selects the inmates from the prison population. The ideal recruits are those residents who are presently the leaders in the institution. There, they become Christ's agents for change in their environment that ultimately can bring about change in the attitude and quality of life for the entire institution.

The primary goal of the KAIROS ministry is to teach those who attend the weekend to become part of a share and prayer group. This allows them to share their lives on deep spiritual level and pray for one-another.

The South Carolina KAIROS website gives much more information, and Ed Chandler will be glad to talk to you further about how you can be involved. Please contact Ed at (864) 244-9153. You can also see a recent Post and Courier article on how KAIROS makes such a difference in men's lives!

The South Carolina Heart Gallery is a photo exhibit displayed in the main hallway that features adoptable children from the SC foster care system. Local photographers donate their time and services to photograph the waiting children. The Heart Gallery basically puts a face on the need by letting people see these children's faces in the photos.  The goal is to raise awareness of the need for adoptive families and to hopefully find homes for these kids by letting their personalities shine through the pictures.
