QUEEN'S PARK, LONDON (Full)

Dates: March 4-11, 2023

Trip Leader: Pastor David

Missions Partner: Redeemer Queen's Park Church

Number of Team Members: 10

Trip Cost: $1,800

We are taking our first team to work alongside Redeemer Queen's Park (RQP) Church in their community. We will spend our week learning about the different ministries of RQP, be led in a training on sharing our faith in the community, participate in prayer walking and flyer canvassing, and join the Christian Heritage tour through London. This trip is for anyone who wants to learn more about what God is doing in global cities and who is willing to initiate gospel conversations as opportunities arise. (Note: Our itinerary will include plenty of opportunities to see the sights of London. If you wish to do more sightseeing beyond what is included in our trip, then you will need to do so either before or after the trip at your own expense.)

This trip will involve a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please take this into consideration when applying. Trip participants must:

  • Possess a willingness to engage in gospel conversations;
  • Be 16 or older;
  • Have a valid U.S. passport;
  • Be in good standing with ERBC (or their home church); and

Cuba

REMEDIOS, CUBA (Full)

Dates: April 15-22, 2023

Trip Leader: Pastor Travis

Missions Partner: Bethany Baptist Church

Number of Team Members: 8

Trip Cost: $1,000

Half of our group will be assisting Bethany Baptist Church with a camp for children. We will stay at the camp all week and will help lead music, crafts, games, and Bible stories. We will also take opportunities to share the gospel with the children whenever we are able. The other team members will be in Remedios helping with construction projects and the church's in-home evangelism efforts. Although some basic proficiency in Spanish will be helpful, Bethany Baptist will provide translators for our team, so Spanish fluency is not required. Because of the current conditions in Cuba, team members should prepare for the possibility of power outages, food shortages, and cold showers. This is a very helpful ministry to Bethany Baptist, so please don't let the lack of "creature comforts" keep you from participating.

Trip participants must:

  • Possess a willingness to engage in gospel conversations and serve in whatever capacity they are able;
  • Be 15 or older;
  • Have a valid U.S. passport;
  • Be in good standing with ERBC (or their home church); and
  • Complete a background check through ERBC.

We will also participate in service projects in the Anchorage area. And we will get to see some of Alaska's beautiful scenery along the way. This trip is for anyone with a heart for ministering to children who have not grown up in church and who often come from difficult home situations.

 PROVO, UTAH

Dates: September 30 - October 6, 2023

Trip Leader: Pastor David

Missions Partner: Mosaic Church

Number of Team Members: 8

Trip Cost: $1,000

We are sending our first team to Provo, Utah, to work alongside Mosaic Church in the Provo community and in nearby Vineyard. Provo is home to BYU and its 37,000 students, almost all of whom are members of the Mormon (LDS) Church, and only 0.5 percent of Provo's population of 130,000 people are followers of Jesus. We will spend part of our week learning about Provo and about Mormon beliefs, and we will have many opportunities throughout the week to engage in gospel conversations and promote Mosaic Church through canvassing and offering prayer. We will also be working in Vineyard, where Mosaic hopes to plant the first Christian church in that town.

This trip is for anyone who wants to be equipped in sharing their faith and is willing to put what they've learned into practice. Our schedule will involve a lot of walking at high altitude and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Please take this into consideration when applying. Trip participants must:

  • Possess a willingness to engage in gospel conversations;
  • Be 21 or older;
  • Be in good standing with ERBC (or their home church);
  • Complete a trip application (link below); and
  • Pass a background check through ERBC.
